Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- You receive an incorrect product (different from what was ordered).
- You receive a defective or damaged product.
To process your return or refund request, please provide:
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.
- A complete unboxing video recorded from a distance, showing all four sides of the box before and during opening.
Exclusions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds for products marked non-returnable, including but not limited to footwear, clutches, and accessories.
- If the customer expected pre-marked, pre-cut, or ready-to-stitch fabric in unstitched articles.
- Dissatisfaction due to color, texture, or design interpretation differences.
- If the product clearly stated as unstitched/raw fabric was misunderstood as stitched.
- Missing embellishments such as tassels or pearls unless mentioned in the product description.
- Minor color or detail variations caused by photography or screen differences.
- Brand tags cut due to customs clearance shall not be considered defects.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products not reported for return/exchange within the specified time frame.
- Pre-order, custom, stitched, or made-to-order items.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions.
- Fabrics are sold without warranty or guarantee.
- Items that are used, altered, or damaged post-delivery.
- Products missing original packaging, tags, or proof of unboxing.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- Clear unboxing video is mandatory.
- Improper packaging or missing items may result in rejection.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange policy. Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal or higher value, meeting all policy conditions.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Credit from exchanges will be added to your Dastkaari Wallet (valid for 12 months).
Return Timeline
Returned items must reach Dastkaari within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Email us within 3 days of receiving your order at dastkaari565@gmail.com with:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for Exchange (include image if defective/incorrect)
Approved requests will receive a return shipping address and instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, based on eligibility.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us promptly with evidence for swift resolution.
COD Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to INR 6500. Orders exceeding INR 6500 may require advance payment. Payment must only be made to authorized Dastkaari representatives.
Delivery Policy
Ensure availability to receive your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to unavailability or unreachable contact numbers. Denied or unaccepted parcels will not qualify for re-delivery without prior arrangement.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Post-processing, cancellation is not possible. Dastkaari reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or logistical issues.
International Orders
International orders are non-refundable once confirmed. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Tracking details will be provided via email.

Dastkaari reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet policy criteria. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and accept that all disputes shall fall under Mohali Jurisdiction, India.
